Woah...long time no blog! I had to "rescue" this thing...'cause it was too old or some business like that. Yeah well...I deleted my myspace. Almost. It takes a while I guess? Whatever. Life is cool lately, real cool. I don't think I've mentioned the classes I have this quarter; Chemistry 139 (boring, except two of my favorite people are in it... :D), Volleyball (awesome), Physics 110, Math 120 (fun stuff...really), and ultimate frisbee. Yeah...really. It's a class. Only in Washington! Oh yeah...I saw Pirates yesterday. It's a fun movie. Go see it! And if you're super bored...come visit me at school. I'm kinda done writing for now. I was dead. Admit it. But noooooooooooo! I was only mostly dead! Big freakin difference pinoccio! So yeah...I'm taking my second quarter of classes at OC. English 104 (tech writing), Math 119 (pre-calc), Speech 151, and Ballroom dancing. Which is a riot. So I'm a little busy. Oh and I acquired a laptop, my grandma actually gave it to me. So that's what I'm writing on. See how much better my spelling is? I kept saying it was the keyboard...I wasn't lying. Ok...I was. never mind. bah. My lies never last very long. It's usually not even worth it. So...you might be wondering, why is Joe updating his blog? Well you see, I'm trying very hard to procrastinate and I ran out of things to do. This is a very bad habit. I love penguins. Porcupines don't know. Sand doesn't know. Trees don't know! This is a song I made up...It's pretty cool. Do you have any idea how tired I am? Probably...cause you just read all that pointless rambling. In fact, from this point foward, I'm not going to use the backspace key. It'll probably get kinda wied. weird. Some retard at OC thought we needed a speed dating thingy. Yeah so I saw the list and there's like 50 guys on it. Not so many girls. You stole Trevalyon's corn! Ya. Last Saturday Beefloaf, Jared, Jordan and I went paintballing. It was totally awesome and by the end of the day my tshirt was soaked in...paint. Beefloaf made some really sweet plays and shot out some pro guys. It was mucho coolo. Guess what!?! Tomorrow we leave for summer camp in Idaho! We will spend the whole week doing things like walking on water (waterskiing), assaulting girlscout camps in Viking war ships (canoeing), shooting .50 caliber rifles (ha. you thought I was kidding. I wasn't!) and other such boyscoutly activities. Oh yes, you may notice my frequent use of strange characters(like this: ♣♣ÃœÃÂ®z╞┐╚╔╩╦╠═╬ ╧╨ya...) anyways, if you were really a 31337 h4x07, you would know how to use them! You should try it! So! There you have it. Your all invited. You may wonder why I have not posted for so long. Well frankly my dear, I don't give a darn. I mean, I was realllly busy. 2 weeks ago it was a fiddler on the roof play. This last week it was VBS, where I helped with games and played the part of the apostle Paul. That was fun. Oh yeah...July fourth was so much fun!!!! I went through 40 saturn missle batterys, 24 roman candles, 72 ground blooms, and a set of mortars. I also went paintballing and managed to do a really cool ninja roll, save a guy on my team, and shoot our attacker in the side all in one awsome play. And you know a post from me without pictures is worthless(frankly because I am not capable of such literary genius as: "Warson afeared the banshee was still at large. It warped through his portal and consumed him. The spectre found him to be but a snack. Furthermore, the apparition gobbled his cousin.") So ya. Here's a picture:

Jugga Jigga Wugga! bow chicka chicka! Hello all my peoples! Today. Today is...MY BITHDAY!!! I'm 16!! Sweet! ok. I promised you pictures of the trip so here they are. We took 5 days to cover 44 miles. We crossed 3 rivers, one of which had floating ice in it. (!) We climbed up low divide and saw a bear! We (the older scouts) took a bath in the river. It had to be less than 40 degrees. We all completly submerged ourselves. Soooooo cold. Thats me! Alright. Tommorow I leave for a week on a 50 mile hike. It's gonna be really cool. You can check out the place here. The forecast says sunny all week (Yay!!) Beefloaf is also going, as well as chief ninja pirate. So I'll be gone for about a week. Oh yeah...I got accepted into the Halo clan [CAI], which stands for Cold As Ice. They are a really cool bunch of guys and we have two dedicated servers. We also have a website . So thats cool. I will no longer be going under FreakingJoe. My new name is [CAI]PIRATE. Yarrrr! Happy 100th post on my blog! So, the other day I went in to OC to register for classes. I'll be taking English 101, Engineering 100, Graphics for Engineering, and Math 119 this fall. Yikes! I can't wait. Oh yeah, check out my new blog, HALOwned. Anyways, the song you here playing is called Balla da li. Just in case you wanted to know. la la la. ya. Yesterday I mowed the lawn for my brother who was sick. After I finished up and came inside, I felt something sticky on my head. It was a big fat glob of tree sap. Which really stunk. (hint: It might have something to do with the words BIG GLOB OF TREE SAP) So my only guess is that I walked under a tree just as a big glob of tree sab liberated itself from a branch and fell into my hair. Ok, come now. What are the odds?!?! First of all that I would even mow the lawn for my brother. And then I walk under the tree moments after a big glob of tree sap leaps from the branch. Annnd it hits me square on the head. This was no coincidence. I'll bet it was one of those tree dwelling ninjas. You know, the ones with the big yellow teeth. Anyways, He probably saw me coming and scampered up the tree and popped one of those big bubbled full of sap. "HAHAHAHA...*SPALT!!* That'll teach you to mow the lawn for your sick brother!!!...hehehehe!!!!" I hate ninjas.

Well I'm posting from the library (the place where they keep the books) because our computer died. Long story short, we took it in to Buest Buy and they're going to replace the mother board. Hello blog-o-philes! As you can see I did a lot of changing to my blog. Check out the links! I love DHTML...whoopa! Wow. Well, to start from the beginning, last week I went river rafting with my scout troop. It was reallllly cool. REALLLLLY cool. We did the White Salmon river down in...hmmm...well, I can guarantee you it was somewhere...I think. Anyways, it was a class 3-4, which meens lots of big rapids. On the way back, some of us (beefloaf and andrew) sat in the back of the van and waved to people out the back window. That may sound remarkably childish, but it was also remarkably fun!!! Mostly because a cool ambulace crew turned their siren on, and some trucker guy honked his horn at us. We must have been really tired or something. ya. Then we went on a family vacation to pacific beach. That was pretty fun. I got a picture of a funny sign:

That made me laugh. Especially because it looks like the little man is flying. Oh yeah. Hehe. I adopted another paintball gun. This one is an old beat up spyder that still shoots really well. I had to pay an "adoption fee" of $10 for it. Annnd today I started my first day at OC by going to the orientation. Gah! College! It snuck right up on me...My days as an innocent highschooler are over. Not that I ever was an innocent highschooler BUT you get the point. And most importantly of all: Zoobith. Some cool stuff I dug up! (What?! you don't have Firefox? download it here: for free.) Ok, this one is really cool. It's called Performancing. I lets you post to blogger from Firefox while you're on any site. This is what it looks like:

I'm actually posting this from Performancing. Okay. The next one is not an extension, it is a "hack" of sorts. fun fun fun. Here's how to do it:
1) Open a new window in Firefox
2) Type about:config into the address bar. A page with all sorts of codey looking stuff should appear.
3) Right click anywhere on the page and select New> Boolean (haha thats a funny word)
4) In the window that pops up type config.trim_on_minimize and hit enter. (don't actually hit it, just press gently)
5) Select true in the little box and gently press enter
6) Close all instances of Firefox
7) Open Firefox and have fun!!
What this does is move firefox to your hard drive when you minimize it, taking up way less RAM. Instead of taking up more than a hundred Mb's of RAM, it will use only about 60.
Cool, yes? Have fun!!

Yar! as you may have heard, I changed my blog music to Amazing Grace. Well I'm almost done with my project; Turning the halo rocket launcher rainbow, making it shoot teddy bears, and play "it's a small world" when you shoot it. I've completed everything except making it play the song. Which is gonna be really hard, if not impossible. So it's been pretty difficult, for instace you cant just paste a picture of a teddy bear into the game. You have to make a 3d model with the exact same amount of vertices and indices and the original. Making the launcher rainbow was the easiest part. But it still took a while. I also changed the names of a few of the weapons. hee hee. I am a genius. Notice I have a golden pistol and cow print banshees as well. Also, when digging around with a hex editor I discovered some darned cool stuff inside of some of the halo files. Such as a vehicle called a falcon and a weapon called a gravity rifle. Also, there is built in support for a secondary heavy vehicles that bungie never activated. So, pretty cool stuff.

So. hmmmm..I went a skating at skateland today...and played some songs.......namley strongbad's everybody to the limit....which got an interesting reaction....from the people....and the dj.....yeah...lol. I also yelled at a guy who kept knocking little kids over. He wasn't meaning to of course but it was still really funny. I was like "You monster!! why are you hurting the children??!!" I picked up a rail mount for my paintball gun so i can finally play with it. Oh yeah, a little piece of advice: Don't download .exe programs off of limewire. I was looking for an audio coversion program and I downloaded one. Before I opened it I did what every good little boy does and I ran a virus scan on it. nothing. So I installed it. It made it so lime wire popped itself up every thirty seconds or so. It also blocked me from accessing the registry or task manager, so I coudn't end the process. Annnd, it kept our usb ports from working. None of the anti-virus programs caught it because technically it wans't doing anything "malicious" But, I used one of the uber handy system restore points and restore compy to the previous day. Viola!!! All nastys gone and everything works great. Which is sorta cool. I found a really cool online radio station called www.paddyrock.com it's all like flogging molly and dropkick murphys.
